Rest in one of our four rural apartments between the Serra da Estrela and Serra do Açor, where the beautiful picturesque village of Piodão is located. Relax by the pool or in the sauna - or in winter in front of the fireplace. NINFAS MAGICAS is located along the Alvoco River (one of the cleanest rivers in Portugal).
The apartments are all equipped with new furniture including new large box-spring beds. All apartments have their own entrance. The three apartments on the first floor have a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views. The ground floor apartment overlooks the main building and the swimming pool. The building is insulated against cold, heat and sound. Ideal for a long and quiet weekend.
Apartment 2 consists livingroom/kitchen and a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and bathroom. In the livingroom is a sofa that can be converted to a convient double bed.There are 2,4 or 5 sleeping places. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The room overlooks the courtyard; the living room overlooks the pool.
Apartment 3 consists of a livingroom/kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are 2,4 or 5 sleeping places; 1 small single bedroom and a master bedroom for two. There is a possibility to create a sleeping place in the living room, where the sofa can be converted to a convient doublebed. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains and the hiking trail.
Apartments 4 and 5 are mirror images of each other. They all consist of a livingroom/kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom; there are 2 or 4 sleeping places. The balcony is communal and overlooks the pool, the village, the river and the mountains.
INSIDE THE APARTMENTS
- The apartment consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. - The sofa in the livingroom can be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 persons. - The apartment has central heating and a fireplace. - The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, an induction hob and a microwave. - The cupboards contain a complete set of pans, glasses and cutlery. - The room is equipped with a large double boxspring bed that can be converted in two single beds - The smart tv’ has Portuguese channels, but with your own account you can also watch Netflix or YouTube - The bathroom have a bath and shower. - Solar panels provide hot water. - The water is drinkable and comes from a source. - Firewood is included in the price.
Hygienic conditions
- The apartment is clean upon arrival, including bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen. - On the table there is a folder with practical and useful information for your stay. We are of course ready to provide you with more information about the region and restaurants. – Bath towels for the pool during your stay on request.
