What is a Gong Puja?
This is a sacred sound ceremony and celebration which lasts 7,5 hours. Participants reach deep relaxation specifically the delta & theta brain wave states which are the slowest brain waves in humans. This magical state of being allows space for participants to heal in mind, body & spirit as well as connect with inner wisdom and strength.
